Jobsmart is the first product launched by Jobkontor Berlin, a mission-driven company focused on solving labor market challenges. The platform connects German companies facing staff shortages with motivated European workers, providing opportunities that were previously closed by distance and language barriers.
Creating a job platform that works across European borders
Traditional platforms weren't built for the complexities of international recruitment. European job seekers and German employers faced unique workflow challenges dealing with different languages, qualification systems, and cultural barriers that created friction.
