Setting is an online marketplace that connects businesses with flexible office spaces in Berlin. Together, we reworked their digital product to better meet user needs, reduce operational overhead, and strengthen their brand positioning.
Serving three very different user groups — office seekers, providers, and internal sales agents — meant building a structured experience that balances competing needs across the platform.
From organic growth to a unified and intuitive experience
Setting’s existing platform had grown organically and needed a strategic redesign. Our challenge was to streamline complexity into a more cohesive user experience while reducing the internal workload caused by manual processes.
We developed a powerful, centralized customer account area that now serves as a hub for key user actions—leads, payments, invoices, onboarding, and settings— simplifying management for both clients and the Setting team.
Automation and visual clarity as drivers of efficiency
Our UX work focused on automating repetitive tasks, such as inquiry handling and email flows, which significantly lightened the load on team members. We also redesigned the onboarding process to be more user-friendly and scalable.
At the same time, we optimized the UI to make property search more intuitive and visually engaging—refining content strategy, information architecture, and overall brand messaging across digital touchpoints.
